We have an entire department devoted to shaping our credit union’s policies and procedures. They help ensure Park City complies with lending, operations, human resources, regulatory compliance and marketing practices. They also analyze new and pending laws and regulations, and investigate and resolve compliance issues.

With a strategic marketing team, a dedicated business development manager and social media specialist, Park City has the resources to tell its brand story across various marketing platforms. Data analytics is used to identify opportunities and connect with members to deliver a more personalized banking experience.

Park City Investment Center offers planning for retirement income, insurance, education and investment services for individuals and businesses. Our partnership with GreenPath^TM Financial Wellness offers financial coaching to help plan month-to-month expenses and short-term objectives for those experiencing cash-flow challenges.

In addition to offering three different rewards checking accounts (which includes ATM refunds nationwide) we offer Right Now Checking to help members with past credit challenges. Many of our loan programs offer no payments for 90 days, including our standard auto loans and relief loans for those experiencing financial hardship. Members have easy access to online banking, accessibility features, live web chat, and online loan and account opening.
