February 2021 Reopening

All lobbies have reopened once again!

While we are excited to see all of our members again in-person, we do continue to ask our members who have standard teller transactions to continue to use one of our drive-ups or online solutions to allow for adequate social distancing within our lobbies.

Members with complex member transactions should still set an appointment time. This will allow us to support social distancing and also ensure availability for your transaction. Below you will find a complete list of transactions available for appointment. Please call us at 715-536-8351 to schedule your appointment.

The safety of our members and staff are extremely important to us which is why we have developed strategies based on the guidance from the CDC and WHO to keep our lobbies and workstations disinfected.

FAQ's

Please give us a call at 715-536-8351 to schedule an appointment.

We completely understand that some members may not feel comfortable coming into our branches and rest assured we are still here for you. We have been working very hard to ensure that our members have options that allow them to handle most banking transactions from the comfort of their own home. You can apply for a loan, open a new account, deposit checks, check balances, and much more through the use of our mobile application, website, and/or online banking. To understand all the tools that are available to you, please visit our resource page.

Per mandated state order masks are required to be worn while in our branch lobbies. We also continue to have protective sneeze guards in place in all of our member facing offices and stations to provide an extra layer of precaution. While we know masks are mandated, our staff may ask you to “Tip your Mask” for safety and identification purposes. When asked to do so, we simply ask that you pull your mask down for a couple of seconds so we can ensure we are performing transactions on the correct member.

While we miss all the wonderful children that visit our branches, we are requesting that when visiting our lobbies for a scheduled appointment that you limit the number of people you bring in. We understand that this may not be possible and we will not restrict access.

The safety of our members and staff are extremely important to us which is why we have developed strategies to keep our lobbies and workstations disinfected.

  • Common Areas and Overall Sanitation Efforts:

  • Member Financial Offices
    • Clear plastic shields are in place in every member facing office/station
    • Surfaces are disinfected with a UV light and disinfecting wipe after each member exits
      • This includes desk, chairs, keypads, and any other item that may have been touched

At Park City we think of our members and employees as a family. We all care about each other and want to do our best to keep each other healthy. We ask that all members and our employees that are running a fever, have an unexplained cough, or are not feeling well, stay home until they are feeling better. Just give us a call at 715-536-8351 and let us know you will not be able to make your appointment.

As we had planned originally, the opening of our Merrill West Drive-up is only temporary. We want to provide a convenient option for our members on the West side, as well as alleviate the congestion at our Headquarters. We will reopen our Dave’s County Market Branch in the near future which will mean we will close our Merrill West Drive-up again. This will allow us to move needed equipment and supplies to our Dave’s County Market Branch. Check back to our Covid Updates page for continued updates on this. We are excited to see all of our members in-person again!
